Dr. Emma Spatz was born in Alaska and has grown up in several States around America, but her favorite place she has lived was in Scotland for a cumulative time of 12 years! Dr. Spatz's love for animals was nurtured from a young age and she has worked at veterinary clinics since she was 15 years old. Dr. Spatz has spent her life advocating on behalf of and caring for animals. 

After completing her undergraduate work in neuroscience at Michigan State University (Go Green!), Dr. Spatz went to Scotland to study veterinary science at the University of Glasgow. 

Upon graduating veterinary school Dr. Spatz practiced emergency veterinary medicine over three years prior to working in general practice. 

When not caring for animals Dr. Spatz loves travelling, playing games, and spending time with her husband and cat.
